Initial Consultation: During this one hour visit, pertinent information including your height, weight, medical history and average daily food intake will be gathered.  After establishing your nutrition goals, Barrie will provide you with nutrition education and a realistic food plan, personalized for your lifestyle.

Follow-up visits: These half-hour sessions are designed to monitor your progress.  Using several strategies, such as developing supermarket lists or dealing with emotional eating triggers, you will work together to further help you meet your goals.  Phone follow ups are avaiable too and are popular with busy teens or adults. 

Follow-up visit package:For those seriously committed to making a change this  monthly package includes 4 visits designed to help you stay focused on your goals with the support and motivation you need.  
Shakeology/21 day Fix Coach: This 21 day program can kick start your wellness journey or give you the boost you need to restart your healthy eating and exercise goals. Portion controlled containers, nutritious yummy shakes, daily at home workouts, online meal plans/shopping lists and support system help you stay motivated. 

Group Counseling : Barrie is available to speak to your group or office. She can do "Q and A" type sessions in small groups such as Parent groups, preschools, office "lunch and learn" sessions or provide small group counseling. 

Cancellation policy: 24 hour cancellation notice required. 

Barrie is always available to her clients via phone, text or email in between sessions to offer additional support or answer your questions to make sure you are getting the support you deserve.
